Hello all,
the current method is importing the picture using thumbnail photo attribute.  Outlook 2010 and Lync 2010 can see the picture.  However Sharepoint 2013 has issue getting the pictures displayed.  is this the best practice to import the picture to AD via thumbnail photo attribute then Sharepoint 2013 can import from AD?  or would it be better to upload all the pictures to sharepoint 2013 and let sharepoint uploads the pictures to AD?
thanks,
