Excel spreadsheet shows open cells as locked on one computer only
Excel spreadsheet shows open cells as locked on one computer only. Worksheet is distributed by a company portal to multiple users at home. Spreadsheet works well save for one user only. When this workbook with three spreadsheets is opened with Office or OpenOffice Calc, many cells on different sheets show as locked when values are input and the cell is moved away from.
This is the only computer on which this issue exists. The Spreadsheet opens, populates well and calulates, and saves normally on 75 other stations in different places (not on same network). Where should I begin my troubleshooting efforts on this machine? I have not reinstalled Office, because issue is identical with another application, as indicated.

That excel file have some VBA code?... if the problem is related only to a single PC but different similar applications (Office and OpenOffice) maybe there is some code that specifically lock that cell on a specific PC.
