Roxio NXT - renames folders to "Temporary Burn Folder"

I use R0XIO NXT software. I had 12 gigs of data on approximate 21 different folders. I did a data copy that showed all 21 files exactly as shown on my computer on the Roxio preview windos. It showed all the real names of the folders to be copied on the Roxio window. The creation of a Blu-ray disc went fine EXCEPT, on most of the folders it had burned to the Blu-ray disk it showed them as named "Temporary Burn Folder". The files inside these folders are all correct, but without the proper folder name it makes items difficult to locate individual files. It is near impossible to reach a technician at Roxio. I gave up. I could not find any patches or updates for my version which is: 14.0.36.0;0.0.0  The build number is 140B36A, R13; 701B17A,RO3. I TRIED this disk burn 3 times with the same results each time.

Don't use Roxio if they don't have tech support to fix their problems. this does sound very much like a Software issue.

Have you tried some like IMGburn? it's free and popular

I agree with you. I used Windows BURN and it worked perfectly. I am dumping Roxio for good. They don't even answer emails. Oh well.... Thanks@@
