SSRS Express on Windows 8 - how to configure web portion

I am trying to set up SQL Server Reporting Services 2012 on my W8 laptop and while everything is installed and the service started without errors I am unable to connect to it.  Navigating to http://localhost/Reports_SQLExpress simply returns a page not found 404 error.

Besides installing SQL Server 2012 and starting the SSRS service via the configuration tool is there anything else I need to do/install?  I am running as a local admin the entire time so have full rights.

Could it be that the default port (80) is already used by another application? In that case you might have to assign another port number.
