I am getting the " source data is corrupted or not properly base64 encoded" error while importing the SSL certificate in exchange 2013 CAS server. Screen attached.
I am using godday SAN certificate.

Corrupt certificate.
Although to be sure, you created a certificate request on Exchange, and are now importing the response? You installed the intermediate certificate as well?

If you have done that, then create a new Request in Exchange and request a rekey in the GoDaddy SSL console. A corrupt certificate isn't unusual but easily fixed.

The SSL is in Pfx format or P7B .... Try removing the SSL from MMC and and try re-importing from PFX format.

I am getting a new wildcard certificate..
