Samsung's PC ATIV Book is hanging

I have a Samsung ATIV Book 9 Lite that I bought a few weeks ago.  I upgraded to 8.1 immediately.

The PC worked pretty ok (except for learning Windows 8.1) however, within a week it has started to hang.  It can happen sometimes shortly after I start up or it can take a longer time before it hangs.

When it hangs the only thing to do is restart the PC by turning off the power button.

If someone could help me start to troubleshoot it I would be most happy.

Obviously, the problem is caused by windows 8.1 update and there is no easy shortcut to solve the problem as either the bundled samsung software or the device drivers has caused the hang.

If I were you, I will rollback to win 8 first and do a little research on the conflict on software and driver issue before applying the update again.
