SCOM Unix Agent Update

I upgraded SCOM 2007 R2 to CU7. I applied the KB973583 cross platform hotfix but when I browse out to Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\AgentManagement\UnixAgents it still has solaris at scx-1.0.4-248.

How do I get the Unix agent with the latest build available to push out to my servers?

Thanks

Have a read of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2783850#ImportMP

Go to the heading labelled
Install the Linux and UNIX management packs, and then update the Linux and UNIX agents

The instruction below that show how to update the management packs.

The issue was I did not run the KB2783850-SCX.msp file to update the UnixAgents directory. The problem I'm having now is that I installed the updated solaris agent manually rather than through the console. The agent is not reporting back tot he console with the latest update. Is there a step that I'm missing? I created a .pem file for the Unix server but still no luck.

Thanks

I figured it out. Once you install the agent, you have to run the Discovery process. Here is the article I found on it.
