I loaded Mural.ly which then prompted me to load Evernote, both of which have a learning curve. &nbsp;Then trying to get others to collaborate on a new software app is burdensome for them. <br />

Seeking a Collaborative web site/tool/technique for managing the building of our new house.<br />
My wife took a job across the country and contracted to have a new house built.<br />
<br />
So I am seeking a web tool for us to share files, links, files, maps, photos easily.<br />
Now we use Email &amp;&nbsp;texting but this quickly becomes disorganized and things get lost.<br />
We both have iphones which we use as cameras, &nbsp;I am frustrated with the iphone photostream.<br />
We both use Windows PCs at home.<br />
