Hello! 
 
Issue: An External sender attaches a &quot;Worksheet.xlsx&quot; file to an email and sends it into our system, the Internal recipient receives the attachment as &quot;Worksheet.xlsx.txt.&quot; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; NOTE: Opening the Worksheet.xlsx.txt attachment displays the following text: &quot;This attachment was removed.&quot; 
 
Additional Info: 
1. The email passes through our spam filter just fine. The attachment is not touched. 
2. The .xlsx attachments are not blocked or removed, except in this instance. It is a monthly recurring email from an external sender. 
3. The attachment is modified going inbound OR outbound of our Edge server. 
4. The Content Filter is Disabled.
