Hi Team

Trying to get to the bottom of an issue customer is having with iTunes. Customer has reported that the volume keeps adjusting itself in iTunes but remains the same in windows master volume and other applications.

So far haven't seen much in the way of answers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 7 ??

Try going to Sound Options and selecting "Do Nothing"

Built-in "feature" to reduce sound levels
If this fixes it then the audio drivers are not fully compatible with Windows implementation of VOIP sound controls. If newer drivers are available try those and put the Sound Options setting back how it was - otherwise it's just another Windows "workaround".
