I have created a shared mailbox in Exchange 2010. 3 domain users will access it, and I will need 2 users from outside of our domain to access it. How will i go about allowing the 2 non-domain users access to the shared mailbox. They will need full manage permissions also. All I have the non domain users is their mail contact. No other account for them in AD.

The two users from outside your domain will need accounts on your domain. Simple as that. You cannot have access if you don't have an account.
They would then access the account through OWA or Outlook.
