Hi Experts excel 2007

Need a formula to copy the values down in column a based on column b...so

column A.            Column B
abc.                         Abc
abc.                        Blank
abc.                        Blank
cde.                       Cde
Cde.                        Blank
cde.                       Cde

I thought I had put a line explaining what to do. Put my above formula into A2, and carry down. When there is a value in B, it takes that value, otherwise it copies whatever is above it. After copying down, copy and paste the values on top of the formula for the column A value to stay.
