Help Clearing HTML DIV

There has to be a simple solution but I cannot figure out for the like of my why the footer is overlapping the DIV before it. In Dreamweaver, everything looks fine. The problem appears in Firefox. I have attached screenshots and the HTML and CSS files. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!!

Hi Wayne, it seems that a fixed height on .insidepracticeareas is messing things up. The height is set to 25px. If you remove that height, the footer should go below those three links.
