Are you using Plesk or or just iis?

Classic asp has to be turned on http://www.iis.net/learn/application-frameworks/running-classic-asp-applications-on-iis-7-and-iis-8/classic-asp-not-installed-by-default-on-iis and you want to include show errors as well as errors http://www.iis.net/learn/application-frameworks/running-classic-asp-applications-on-iis-7-and-iis-8/classic-asp-script-error-messages-no-longer-shown-in-web-browser-by-default

Another feature not turned on is parent paths.  (include file ../somefile.asp)  Keep this feature off for security.
