I have three columns where column C can contain "multiple" values like "John, Pete" instead of just "John" or "Pete". See table below...

Is it possible in some way to make the slicer for Column C just show the unique values "John", "Pete", "George", instead of the combined ones like "George, John"?

   A                B                 C
Red                 2               John, Pete
Green           3                     Pete
Blue                 4              George, John

Ok
Step 1 Select whole Column.
Step 2 Select Tab - Data in top of the sheet.
Step 3 Select Text to column, new window will open in sheet.
Step 4 Select separated by comma.
Step 5 next next Finish
Now your text is separated by commas, delete the unwanted text
