Looking for open source Test Management Software
Hello and thanks in advance,
I am building an CBT to test the the computer security knowledge of 200 employees. The problem is that my company do not have the funding to purchase adobe connect and I do not want to deploy the CBT via PowerPoint email file or link to a network shared folder.
Please share any information about any open source Test Management Software that I can install on a windows server and can create and conduct computer based online examination by sharing an intranet link.
I am open to suggestions.

You're welcome. I'm curious to hear your opinion on it. Two things I really liked about it when I first looked at it (beyond the product itself) were its active user community and good documentation.

Moodle reminds me of www.blackboard.com. Moodle is a powerful and scalable LMS. I like the back-end logic flow and the wealth of information that explains the Moodle environment, It is available for different platforms and innovative. The program meets all of my needs and all I have to do know is download, install, build, and deploy.
The site has a lot of information and I have my work cut-out for me this weekend. Thank you for expanding my mind.
