I read the article but I am confuse as how to use this security.

I am using shared sql db on a shared server on Godaddy,com

I have a website which will have new users obviously their role would be defined but I do not know what command I will run.  This example show use of the menus, whereas I can only run commands.

Oh.... I am really not familiar with these cloud providers. You'd probably be better off on GoDaddy's site...
