Quickbooks and firewalls/antivirus
I am installing Quickbooks 2014 at a business that will be hosting the file on SBS 2003, and accessing it from several clients in multiuser mode.
The SBS server is also hosting Symantec endpoint protection 12.1 which is installed on the client computers as well.
Symantec-
I see the option to import firewall and antivirus policies, are there templates available that already have all the settings in them?
Firewall settings-
Would you use group policy to change the firewall settings on multiple computers? Clients are running both Windows 7 and XP.
Intuit has this QB article stating that exceptions do need to be made, I am seeing if anyone has experience in a similar situation, and how you go about quickly updating these settings.

Thanks.
