Outlook 2003 Duplicate e-mails

I loaded outlook 2003 and downloaded emails from my yahoo account. Everytime I hit send/receive, outlook tries to re-download all of my e-mails.

change your send/recieve settings (in the account options) to delete the email after it is recieved
