Is there a tag/function that can be used that will allow me to pass the longitude and latitude.  The return will be City/State/Country?

I have the long/lat, but I would like to show where it is coming from.

I don't know of a tag/function but you can easily acquire a database of lat & lon plus zip/postal code, city, state and other misc.
you then write your own function that queries this db.

here is a google result set:
https://www.google.com/webhp?source=search_app#newwindow=1&q=zip+code+latitude+longitude+database+download

good luck ...
