Vmware License key Eval

I got a new wav license from vmware.
Now I am trying to remove the old Eval license for ESX4 and add the new license for ESX5
When I go to Manage Vsphere Licenses and enter new license, I get the message :

"Some of the keys you entered have not been added to the inventory. Please add these keys or clear them from the entry field ".

Ehen I try to add ESX host with the old eval license, it gives me a message about the license expired, then the ESX host disappears from Vsphere console.

Any help on this issue ?

Thank you
