Hello,

I'm new to Web Intelligence Rich Client report development. Using Version:12.3.0
I'm trying to add a filter to a webi cross tab, but whenever I try to add a filter to the 'Report Filters Applied to Block1' everything vanishes from crosstab; including values from the top & left axis. Does anyone know what would cause this and how to apply a filter?

I assume block1 is the cross tab.

The filter you add, are you sure there is data for it in the report?

It sounds like you are applying the filter correctly.  It will disappear if there is no data for it.

That's what it was; in my haste I was looking in a different environment so I thought there was data that meet the criteria of the filter, but it was actually connected to different environment that did not have data meeting criteria of filter. Boneheadedness on my part.
Thanks mlmcc
