Cannot edit account settings in Windows Live Mail (Vista)

I am trying to change the account settings (Incoming/outgoing servers, password etc.) on Windows Live Mail a few Vista PCs, however, I am unable to edit the settings.

I've not used Live Mail before and I am logged on as User1 and the account is the only one I can see besides Guest, so is an administrator.

It will not accept any editing and I am attempting to do this remotely through Teamviewer.

Any ideas?

Can you confirm that the user is actually a member of administrators group?

Usually, the administrator account is disabled by default.

You can enable it, see here.
