Outlook 2010 scheduling meeting, Not viewing participant schedule details using Exchange 2003

When scheduling a meeting I can see some employees details for the meeting but not all.  Attached is an example. Gikas I can see details but the others I can not.

The others need to set up the permission for others to view Free/Busy info with details and maybe you already have Full permission to Gikas's mailbox that's why you can see his/her details
