Dear Team,

We are planning to install Call Manager Express for our new site. we need to integrate our CME to our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for call accounting.

Can someone suggest the license requirements and configuration examples from the CME side for doing this integration?

CME Info:

Router 2921
CME ver 9.0

I think this will be more of a custom solution.

First you'll need call accounting software. Something like this:
http://www.imagicle.com/Products/Control/AccountingBilling/BluesEnterprise4/tabid/187/language/en-US/Default.aspx

Or read this for other ways to do call accounting.
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9758

I would go with something like Imagicle where you can have it on a SQL server.

The second step would be to create some kind of script or automation to import those entries into Microsoft CRM.

There is/was an app for the full blown call manager, but not for CME.
