System Event Log is showing the following errors:

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2.
The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, has a bad block.

What is the easiest way to determine which drive this is, such as a hard drive or a USB Drive?

It is a Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard on a HP Proliant ML350 G6 Server.

There may be a quicker way but you can go through Disk Management (control panel, admin tools, computer management, disk management).

Each partition is  listed, right clicking and properties will take you to the properties for the hardware. Choose the details tab and look for Property> Physical device object name
