This happens when some of the AD attributes on the user are missing

This can be resolved by using disable-mailbox command in Exchange Management Shell

The reboot the server, then try to delete once again

Alternatively, you can move that mailbox to another database on another server

It did not worked to delete from web interface.
It worked from powershell with disable-mailbox.
Thanks for the tip
