NetVanta QOS with Polycom Soundpoint

I'm need some assistance as this isn't what I normally work on, however circumstance has put me in a place where I'm tasked with fixing this.
We use a 3rd party VOIP vendor (Cloudstar) They've not been able to provide the answers I'm asking here, so I'm just doing the best I can on my own. We have Comcast internet service with a solid 75 MBit down and 15 MBit up. We have a NetVanta 3120 that I just upgraded to the lastest firmware. Our phone performance is awful and I'm not sure why, however we don't have the QOS configured as this is completely greek to me.
Does anyone know the steps I should take to configure the QOS on the NetVanta to make this phone system perform better? We have about 15 phones, and we also use this internet connection for our computers / email, etc. With everything connected, the speedtest still shows plenty of room (It tests around 40 down and 10 up). Even with the abundance of bandwidth, the issues are pretty bad.
