Currently running Ibm Cognos version 10.1
Installed the Ibm Cognos for Microsoft Office add-in. When running the add-in within excel, the status just states loading, even after the prompt to login to cognos and I am connected. Want to import a report from Content Store into the excel document but the add-in will not load the reports.

Makes sure the cognos URL you entered exactly matches the Gateway URI configured on the Cognos 10 server; I've see that cause problems if it's different (even if it resolves to the same server).

Also, try downloading and using the more recent Office if you can.  The Office plug in is backward compatible, so you can use the Cognos 10.2.1 Office to connect to a 10.1 system.  This gives you the advantage of the latest code.
