Double booking with in outlook

Hi team,


I am having issue with a meeting room where a member of service desk department noticed the following

The Online room booking system allowed me to book room xxxx today Jan xxx at noon (see acceptance email below).


However, another group (xxxxxx) was already booked!


Not sure how 2 bookings were both accepted by the system?


The other group generously gave over the room for our meeting.


Any ideas?

Need more information. Is this Exchange On-Premise? Is this Office365?
