Hi team,<br />

I am having issue with a meeting room where a member of service desk department noticed the following<br />
<br />
The Online room booking system allowed me to book room xxxx today Jan xxx at noon (see acceptance email below).<br />
<br />
<br />
However, another group (xxxxxx) was already booked!<br />
<br />
<br />
Not sure how 2 bookings were both accepted by the system?<br />
<br />
<br />
The other group generously gave over the room for our meeting.<br />
<br />
<br />
Any ideas?<br />

How to prevent this issue?
