Meeting declined but time slot was available in outlook calender

Hi Experts

I have an user that book a meeting room for an specific date, and the Meeting was declined but time slot was available in outlook calender

Any ideas?

The fact that is says 12:00AM makes me think someone booked the room for the entire day, or, multiple days.

Actually I just noticed this is for January 1st. Do you have holidays turned on for that calendar? They may be identifying January 1st as BUSY.

so, you meant i will have to open outlook and open the meeting room and check from there?

Please advice step by step

Yep. You can probably just log in with OWA. What version of Exchange are you using?
