Vb.Net CheclistBox Current index

In a CheckListBox with some options like the following:

* Car
* Moto
* Boat
* Bike
In this example first item as index=0 and bike as index=3 (i don´t know if index is the correct way to say). How canget when click in each item the value of index.

SelectedIndices is the property that will give you indices of all the selected items

Was not exactly what I wanted, however the example gave me an idea to solve the problem.
