Fullsize Background image slider

Hi,

Does anyone knwo a good backgound image slideshow? perhaps in javascript or css

I also want the slideshow to change some text with it - so as the image rotates - so does some text sitting on top.
Ideally i dont want to seperate the background images into 1 slideshow and the text into another as they may not time in and out accurately.

Any ideas on best solution?
CSS with support of IE8 would be prefferd
