Does anyone know if there is such a product that does the following.

Were looking for a program that can basically display our conf room calendars.

kind of the way outlook does now have them side by side.

But Also auto scroll to keep up with the current time so upcoming meetings are always on

screen and past meetings would creep upward off screen.

Do you want something to go outside the meeting room?
http://www.visix.com/meeting-room-signs.html

Most of the solutions I have seen are based around the hardware, which then query the calendar using EWS.

Any idea if there a free tool that can maybe query EWS and display all meetings for current day?

Thanks again!

Very little is free in the Exchange world.
You might be able to get someone to write a script that can query EWS for you and then output the results to something else.

Although it looks like the Visix product can use one of the tools I have linked to above anyway.
