Problems installing Microsoft Dynamic CRM - out of memory

I am trying to install Micrsoft Dyanics CRM.  For some reason, our server was out of memory and the install threw the following exception "The type initializer for "Microsoft.CRM.LocatorService' threw and exception.  Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

I rebooted the server and it now has plenty of memory, but I keep getting the exception.  Is there a way to clear the exception?

Hi,

This problem occurs because of one of the following causes.
- A problem with the performance counters on the server. Therefore, the installation is unable to add performance counters to the performance counter libraries.
- The installation of .Net Framework 3.0 is corrupt.
- Missing or Duplicate Service Principle Name (SPN).

To resolve this problem complete one of the following methods.
- Rebuild the performance counter libraries.
- Configure the appropriate HTTP SPNs for NETBIOS, FQDN or Host Headers. Configure the appropriate MSSQLSvc SPNs for NETBIOS and FQDN. Remove duplicate HTTP or MSSQLSvc SPNs.

This should work by Repairing .Net framework 3.0. If not try below-
