Page Cannot Open Due to Server Stopped Responding

Hello,

Yesterday I was on Experts Exchange asking about a JQuery question. One of the posters mentioned he couldn't open my website, I thought maybe the server was down temporary for maintenance. I asked a friend to visit my site throughout the day today and she couldn't open it either. She keeps getting the message "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding." She also tried on other browsers and her mobile. I'm not able to replicate the problem. I can open it in all browsers and on my mobile. What is causing a site to not work for someone at all and work for others? Is this a server problem?

Please let me know if anyone else can't view it either.

Thank you!

Your IP must be blocked in some way, I can't get to your site.
