What you mean by "hotfix next release"? Does it mean the hotfix has a bug or causes some unpredicted behavior?

Above hotfix updates specific feature so you cannot suppose somebody will release the next version. You may use .NET 4.5 or look for another .NET 4 updates like this one:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=28744

The full list of .NET Framework 4 updates is available here: http://search.microsoft.com/en-us/DownloadResults.aspx?q=.net+framework+4

On one of MS article i read that to resolve this issue you need to install the hotfix KB2640103 . This hot fix was last updated on 2012 dec. I can see this has been updated in .net framework 4.5 , but ubfortunatly we cannot use that . This is the reason i was searching for the any latest update for this hot fix.

Any help appreciated.

Microsoft does not release hotfix updates. They can just release another hotfixes.

If your app did not work before the hotfix and if it does not work after the hotfix application then your problem is somewhere else.

You may contact Microsoft directly and ask for an update here: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support

BUT I am skeptic the support could help.  The upgrade to .NET 4.5 seems to be the fastest way how to solve this issue.
