does cd viewer exist in windows xp ?

 when i insert cd of medical files which need cd viewer , it doesnt open automatic . i have to go manually to bin and open cdviewer . may be autorun disabled in that hospital , if so why autorun disabled ?

i saw inside cd , cdviewer with 9.9 mb ...is it cd viewer complete

Autorun might be disabled for security reasons. It is a very common policy.
