EXC2003 coexistance with EXC2010

I am trying to move a Mailbox from my 2003 server to my new 2010 server if I right click to select Move mailbox

I can pick the server that I want to move to however the mailbox store is not shown so I cannot progress

The new server has users on it already

any idears

Hello,

You need to perform the move from the Exchange 2010 server, not the 2003 server.
