Outlook at Remote Site very slow in reaching CasHub Servers

We have a remote office in Las Vegas and the Outlook Clients go on an MLPS to hit Cleveland where the Exchange casHub servers are.  The users are complaining of Outlook running slow and locking up.  I had them do a TRACERT and I see very delayed long hops to the Emails servers but the MLPS circuit isn't overtaxed and other applications they sue work just fine.  ANy ideas?

Exchange and Outlook 2010 in a DAG environment.  No other office is complaining of this just the Vegas office.

Hello,

Are you users in cached mode? Are they using RPC over HTTPS or RPC over TCP to connect? Ensuring they are in cached mode and using RPC over HTTP will improve performance.
