Mobile site SEO

Hi- We're finally executing a mobile site. The main site is magickitchen.com. The mobile site will be  magickitchen.com.param.mobi       

So two separate domains. I think I should add a canonical tag to pages that are duplicated on the mobile site. If I do that on the desktop site, is that enough for SEO? Also, on product pages I sometimes already have a canonical tag, since certain product pages are duplicates.

Can I have more than one canonical tag on a page?

On your mobile site you should have your canonical meta link pointing to the main site page.  You don't have two canonical links on the same page
