For this, you can have to enable administrator audit logging by using cmdlet : Set-AdminAuditLogConfig -AdminAuditLogEnabled $True<br />
After that, configure the Auditing mailbox<br />

I have a situation with a client that wants to set up a way to audit and notify him &nbsp;if an exchange admin accesses an executive mailbox. He would like to implement this without the admins knowing about it or having the capability of turning it off. Is there a way to do this?
