I believe this error is due to a resource issue in db2 but I wanted to confirm:

db2 sql error: sqlcode=-973, sqlstate=57011, sqlerrmc=pckcachesz, driver=3.53.95

Hi Corgano,

Yes, it's a resource shortage error.  IBM has a very good writeup on the steps to correct this on their online help:

  http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/tivihelp/v4r1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.tpc_V411.doc%2Ffqz0_r_tbs_db2_sql_973.html

Essentially, you need to do three things

  db2 connect to {yourdatabase}
  db2 get db cfg show detail | grep PCKCACHESZ

Increase PCKCACHESZ by 10% of the current size.

  db2 update db cfg for TPCDB using PCKCACHESZ NEW_VALUE

If the error continues, repeat those steps.  Note that grep is a unix/linux command.  If you're running DB2 on Windows or other operating system you'll need to use the correct command for the O/S.

Good Luck,
Kent
