Recommended free video screen recorder software?

Hi Experts, I want to create a video demo for the new app I created and I'm looking around for some free software that will do this. I kinda like the ones that allow to show a comment "bubble" during the video, and also show the cursor highlighted, and shows an "indentation" on the screen of any mouse clicks - so the viewer can easily tell there was a mouse click during the instructional video. A good example is whatever video software this chap on youtube used to make his video:

I'd like to also be able to put my voice over top of the video, but that's not really compulsory - as long as I can put comment "bubbles" in there.

Any thoughts or suggestions anyone?

Thanks!
