Insert an image into a data field using c#... in word 2010

Hello All!

So I setup a word document to act as a template.  I am able to take my data elements and fill them with correct data.  I'd like to throw a signature (image) into the mix.  Is there a way to do this?  I'd love any articles or quick walk throughs.

My data element is basically  this:   <<Signature>>

If you're comfortable doing it in vb thats fine too.
