hi Folks
I have a customer who syncs his phone with Outlook and when people go on holiday he puts them in as all-day events. Unfortunately the reminder then goes off at midnight (since an ADE runs from midnight to midnight). I have suggested that he er removes the reminder but just wondering if there was any more long-lasting solution..thanks.

It is hardcoded unfortunately so you're stuck with getting him to change it at the time the event is entered.
It sounds like the default for him thought is 1 day or 0 min before an event. For me it's 18 hours

reminder

hm, I'd already got back to him with that very suggestion so looks as though that's what he'll have to go with..

Thanks for the points... if anything I've only given your argument some credence....
