Automatically load next stop

I would like to find an android app that will automatically load my next stop without me touching anything.

I have routes that include over 100 stops. I have this properly listeded on it GPX, KML, Exce, or CSV file types. When my android device navigates me to one stop, I would like the next top to automatically load up to be navigated to.

The route is already optimized, so I have no desire to re-route the route.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you looked at Fast Delivery Route Plus on Amazon?
The one above requires one action by you to move on which is to tap Start Over:

"Tap the marker for the first destination, and when the pop-up flag appears, tap it to Navigate to the destination, which will show and audibly describe turn for turn instructions.
When you're all done, just tap Start Over and you are ready for your next journey!"

I'm not seeing any that recognise that your current route is over and auto loads the next route.
