creating an action list

I am creating a list of actions.  These actions are a list of all the not completed actions from different individuals in the database. I also need the ability to mark it complete from the actions tab, as well as the General tab ( you can already mark complete from the general tab).   SO I think I can do this part.   Here is the tough part for me.

I need the actions tab to be more thorough.  If possible, in addition to whats listed on the general tab for actions, I'd like to have the policy name, connam name, connam phone.

Is this possible to include on a single line of data?  See attached.
