I recently put an app on the app store, Bouncy Boo. Ive tested it thouroughly on multiple devices. None of my friends or family have had the app crash. But, im getting plenty of reviews fhat the app crashes at launch. Ive tried to get it to crash on multiple device types and different iOS version but i cant get it to crash or glitch or anything. it always runs perfectly for me. how can i go about troubleahooting thia problem?

Ive talked to some of these people and they are using the same iOS version and devices that i use for testing but the app crashes for them and not for me. How do i begin to tackle this problem?

Probably you need to use Xcode instruments.

You know that you can find crash logs on iTunes Connect.

Yes, I know about the crash logs. But they only show up for iOS 6.1 and not for 7.0 or 7.1. Most of the users that complain about the crashes are on 7.0.4. Do you know why the crash logs aren't showing up for them?

In the phone settings there is an item about the crash log sending - it should be on and so you'll see the crash on the iTunes Connect.
Also you can find crashes on the phone itself.
