remove (or hide) elemets in an adobe pdf.

I want to remove (or hide) and image in a adobe pdf as well as some text.  Bottom line is that i do want it to be seen. I have adobe acrobat 9 standard.

How?

As an alternative, you can use non-Adobe pdf editors, like Foxit's PhantomPDF or Advanced PDF Editor, to edit your pdf's.

That being said, pdf is a format for viewing, not editing, so the best solution would be to recreate the file in the original program and then re-export to pdf.

Thanks Dan.  Will i need acrobat on my computer in order for illustrator to work.   I don't want to dowload trial software on my work computer but i will try it at home.

Sounds like good suggestions.  I just need a "quick fix" for now.  We are going to get a comptlely different PDF latter.
Nope, you don't need Acrobat for the Illustrator trial.
